RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

DO YOU NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

Do you need to return a product for a problem with its size/color? Please read here below the EXCHANGES section.
If you need only to return a product, first of all you need to contact us, sending an email to rma@littledogsparadise.com
Please refer always to your original order number, and please tell us also the reasons for why you need to make a return.
We will reply to you, authorizing the return, then you can send the products to this address:

When we will receive your return, after required controls to check the status of the return, we will immediately inform you, and you can chose between two options:
A) receive a credit/discount code for the value of the returned product, that will never expire, and you can use when you will be ready for a new order;
B) receive a money refund for the value of the returned product, using the same payment method used when you placed your order.
We remember you that you have 14 days to decide to return us the products you bought in our site.

 

 

DO YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

If you need to exchange a product, for a problem with its size (only apparel), there are no problems.
First of all, please contact us, sending an email to rma@littledogsparadise.com Please refer always to your original order number and explain which product you need to exchange, and which size/color you need to receive.
If you are a European customer, and if your order was over 149€, you can have the exchange completely for FREE.We will ship to you the new product requested, and the courier will pick up your return.
If your order was below 149€, the Exchange service has a fix cost of 15€, You can buy the service clicking directly to EXCHANGE SERVICE , and in the checkout page, please remember to write your original order number in the memo space.
When we will receive your email (and if needed your payment), we will send you all instructions to go ahead with the exchange service.
If you are not a European customer, please contact us anyway to rma@littledogsparadise.com and we will give you all the instructions and prices needed for the Exchange service.
